1, understand the paint performance according to the specified method of construction: different systems of paint own its different performance and use method, so before the construction, prior discussion should be done according to the specified method of construction.

2, do a complete surface treatment: the proper surface treatment has a big influence on the performance and life of the film, so the pipes must be cleaned from rust, grease and other contamination and fully dry before brush coating.

3, paint should be fully mixed evenly: paint is liquid mixture of pigment and resin liquid, there are a period of time from manufacture to use, and there is inevitably separation and precipitation of pigments. Therefore,paint must be fully mixed before use.

4, Brush thickness should not be too thick at a time: If brush thickness is too thick at a time, it is easy to produce effusion, wrinkling and other phenomena.Therefore, proper control must be done such as  multi - layer coating construction.

5, After primer curing,newly brush coating can be done during laminated coating: do laminated coating, if the priming layer is not dry through, it is easy to wrinkling or impregnating the primer,even exfoliation.
